Brandon Brader is the Director of Facilities and Community Relations at Dragons Elite Athletic.
Brandon has spent more than a decade leading high-performance teams. He has overseen over 15 athletic leagues, supervised more than 100 annual athletic events, and successfully led multi-million-dollar capital projects from inception to completion.

He has also worked as a Community Engagement and Large-Scale Event Production executive in multiple roles, including Director of Parks and Recreation and Recreation Program Director in Coral Springs and West Feliciana. In Coral Springs, he launched a city partnership with the NHL’s Florida Panthers, implementing a sponsorship model that boosted recreation revenue.

Brandon’s career has been deeply rooted in sports and recreation — from his early roles as Assistant Football Coach and Athletics Coordinator to overseeing 600+ youth camp participants, 35 sports facilities, and hundreds of programs and events each year.
