Connor Bach brings a blend of professional playing experience and data-driven coaching to Dragons Elite Athletics. He attended Virginia Military Institute on a baseball scholarship, studying Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics, and was drafted in 2014 by the Washington Nationals. After four seasons as a professional left-handed pitcher, he transitioned into coaching and player development.
Connor trained under Dr. Tom House and Steve Johnson, focusing on pitching, hitting, and the mental side of the game. After relocating to Florida in 2020, he opened a training facility in Vero Beach, specializing in biomechanics, motion analysis, and individualized development programs.
Today, Connor applies performance data and movement analysis to help athletes of all ages improve efficiency, durability, and long-term growth within the Dragons Elite system.
