Dominick Coppola serves as Acquisition Manager and Director of Fastpitch at Dragons Elite Athletics, bringing over two decades of experience as an educator, coach, and Naval Reservist. His background in military service and education shapes a leadership style grounded in discipline, accountability, and long-term development. 

Dominick holds a Master of Science in Education and an Education Specialist degree in School Leadership. He has coached athletes at every level, from tee ball through state championship competition, and has served as a high school Athletic Director building programs from the ground up.

At Dragons Elite, he leads strategic growth through program launches, facility acquisitions, and community partnerships, while overseeing fastpitch operations. He is personally invested in the mission, as his children, Anna and Lucas, are Dragons Elite athletes.
