Edward Milian is a baseball coach and player development professional with experience across professional, collegiate, and youth baseball programs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Sports Administration from Greensboro College, where he was named to the Dean’s List and was a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. 

 

Milian has worked within professional baseball environments including the Miami Marlins organization at LoanDepot Park, where he contributes to youth baseball initiatives and community engagement through the Marlins Foundation. He has also served as a bullpen coach in the Atlantic League, an MLB partner league, and played professionally in several independent leagues including the Pioneer League and Pecos League. 

 

His coaching experience includes roles with USA Baseball NTIS and high school baseball programs in Florida, where he specialized in catcher development, hitting instruction, and player evaluation. Milian brings strong expertise in modern baseball analytics tools such as Rapsodo, Pocket Radar, and Trackman.
