Frank Fantino brings a rare combination of playing, coaching, and strength training expertise. He played collegiate baseball across all three NCAA divisions, beginning at Monmouth University before continuing at Southern New Hampshire University, where he was part of a Division II College World Series team. He later completed his career at SUNY Purchase College, earning a degree in Communications. Frank also played independent professional baseball in the Pecos League, reaching the championship series with the Alpine Cowboys. As a coach, he has been a longtime assistant varsity coach at Clarkstown South High School, contributing to multiple section and league championship teams while also overseeing strength and conditioning. In addition, Frank has worked in strength and conditioning roles at Pace University and NJIT, and he is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
