Jennifer Michuda is an accomplished softball coach and international professional player with extensive experience at the collegiate, professional, and national team levels. A Carthage College alum and former team captain, she played primarily in the infield and built a successful professional career competing across Europe and the United States, including leagues in the Netherlands, Germany, Czech Republic, and international championship tournaments. Jennifer has consistently been a top offensive performer, leading teams in batting average and earning multiple European tournament honors. As a coach, she currently serves as Head Coach for Dragons Elite 12U Gold and works as a private instructor, specializing in hitting and defensive development. She has also coached internationally, including assisting the Czech Republic U18 National Team to a European Championship. Jennifer is known for her energy, leadership, and player focused coaching style.
