John Quinto is an experienced youth sports leader dedicated to developing structured programs, nurturing athletes, and fostering strong athletic communities. He now serves as Head Coach for Dragons Elite Flag Football, bringing a development-first approach to the program.

John began his career working directly with young athletes through preschool sports programs, youth basketball leagues, and community camps, establishing a foundation centered on skill development, confidence, and intentional coaching environments.

Six years ago, he assumed leadership of the Somerset Flag Football program, guiding its growth into one of the region’s most competitive organizations. Under his direction, the program earned three consecutive district championships and two regional titles, driven by accountability, consistency, and long-term athlete development.

John also serves as Athletic Director at Somerset, overseeing athletic programs with an emphasis on character, teamwork, and collaboration with families.
