Juan Rincón is a former Major League Baseball pitcher with over 16 professional seasons and more than 440 games pitched. Signed by the Minnesota Twins, he made his MLB debut in 2001 and spent eight seasons as a reliable bullpen arm, recording 386 appearances and a 3.69 ERA.
His career included time with the Cleveland Indians, Detroit Tigers, Colorado Rockies, Los Angeles Angels, and the Miami Marlins organization. Rincón later transitioned into coaching with the Toronto Blue Jays.
Today, he serves as a mentor at Dragons Elite Athletics, focusing on preparation, accountability, and helping athletes translate potential into consistent performance.
