Osjun Rivas brings extensive international playing experience and youth coaching leadership to his role. As a player, he competed at the national, Pan American, and world championship levels, representing his teams in events across Venezuela, Mexico, Brazil, Canada, and the United States. His career includes multiple national championships from pre junior through senior categories, as well as appearances in both Pan American and World Baseball Championships. Transitioning into coaching, Osjun has worked extensively with youth athletes, coaching multiple age groups from 10U through 18U. He has served as a coach with Base Eleven, Scorpions Baseball, and Power Baseball, helping guide teams through competitive travel schedules and tournament play, including World Series events in Florida. Osjun is known for his deep understanding of the game and his ability to develop players through structured, competitive training.
