With two decades of experience as an educator, coach, and Naval Reservist, Dominick brings discipline, leadership, and a commitment to excellence honed through military service to his work in youth athletics. Holding a Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) and an Education Specialist degree (Ed.S.) in School Leadership, Dominick combines advanced expertise in education and administration with a lifelong passion for coaching and developing young athletes.

Dominick has dedicated over two decades to building high-performance youth sports programs, fostering athletic excellence, and expanding opportunities for young athletes across Florida. He has coached at every level of athletics—from tee ball to state championships—instilling values of teamwork, resilience, and competitive drive in thousands of players. He has served as a high school Athletic Director in his local community, where he built and managed comprehensive athletic programs from the ground up.

At Dragons Elite Athletics, he drives strategic growth as Acquisition Manager through new program launches, venue acquisitions, and community partnerships that increase participation and elevate competitive standards. As Director of Fastpitch, he oversees operations, managing teams, leagues, tournaments, and player development initiatives.

He has a vested interest in the growth and success of Dragons Elite as his two children Anna and Lucas are Dragons athletes!
