Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles at Axiom Bank, FIS, Finastra, and Harland Financial Solutions, where he led global teams, managed complex transformations, and built partnerships with respected organizations such as Visa, Mastercard, and the City of Orlando’s Innovation Hub.

At Dragons Elite, Nigel applies this expertise to strengthen programs, expand resources, and enhance the organizational foundation that supports athletes and coaches.
