A United States Marine Corps veteran, former multi-sport athlete and licensed baseball and softball coach, Sarah brings discipline, teamwork, and precision into every aspect of athlete development.

With nearly 20 years of leadership experience across banking technology, media, and defense, Sarah has built systems that improve accountability and performance—skills she now applies to creating programs that help athletes reach their highest potential. As the architect of The Dragon Way™, Sarah designed the proprietary coaching framework that defines Dragons Elite Athletics. The method blends sport science, character-building, and mentorship to shape complete athletes who excel on the field and off the field.

Sarah’s approach emphasizes discipline, physical development, and mental resilience, helping young players embrace the challenges of competition while growing as leaders.
