We create a professional development program for every player. We pride ourselves in developing high performing athletes and future leaders.
Every player that trains with us, trysout for one of our teams, or attends one of our camps gets an initial evaluation and assessment. That assessment is turned into an individual developmental training program for each player.

Dragons Elite Athletics formed travel baseball teams with professional coaches. This is not daddy ball. We believe that parent coaching is a large part of the community and is very important in recreational sports, but that is not our program. These team are for the high potential athlete that aspires to be elite on and off the baseball diamond.

Our Dragons Softball Teams are currently based in the Boca Raton, FL area. These teams are for the girls that wants to compete at a higher level and have a path towards Highschool and college softball.
All our Dragons Elite Softball coaches are women that played at a collegiate level and have a strong passion and love of the game.

At DragonFit, we believe in an approach to sports and health training that focuses on both physical and mental development. Our training programs are designed to help children, adults, and athletes build strength, endurance, and agility, as well as to develop the mental toughness they need to succeed on and off the field.
