We create a professional development program for every player. We take pride in developing high-performing athletes and future leaders.
Every player who trains with us, tries out for one of our teams, or attends one of our camps receives an initial evaluation and assessment. That assessment is then transformed into an individualized developmental training program tailored to each player.

While we value and respect the role of parent coaching in recreational sports, our program is built differently. These teams are designed for high-potential athletes who aspire to become elite performers on and off the baseball diamond.

Our Dragons Softball Teams are based in the Boca Raton, FL area. These teams are designed for girls who want to compete at a higher level and follow a clear path toward high school and college softball.
All of our Dragons Elite Softball coaches are women who played at the collegiate level and bring with them a deep passion, expertise, and love for the game.
